Monday – 9am – 12pm
Tuesday 9am – 6pm
Wednesday 9am – 6pm
Thursday 8:30am – 12pm
Friday 9am to 12:30pm

After hours and weekend arrangements based on availability.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card as well as good old fashioned cash and checks.

We accept most major forms of insurance including BCBS, Medcost, United Healthcare, Aetna, Humana, Medicare and many others.

We are also able to accomodate personal injury patients.
